Platinum - 35 users
Enterprise - 45 users
Advanced - 60 users

Secondary requirements for XenApp purchase to qualify for same 40% discount within 1 calendar year of initial purchase:

Platinum - 20 users
Enterprise - 25 users
Advanced - 30 users
