Citrix products are built to order and ship directly from Citrix Systems by email. We, nor any other Citrix Authorized reseller, can control or promise a specific delivery date. Citrix Systems typically requires 3-5 business days for processing and customized license file creation before the licenses are sent by email and the media kits are shipped by FedEx.

Please save your Citrix license information in a safe place once you receive it. Citrix license re-sends are processed by Citrix Customer Care and require 1 to 2 business days for processing before the email is re-sent.

Citrix products are NOT returnable. Please contact us for evaluation software to ensure Citrix is a good fit for your applications and your environment before placing an order for Citrix products.

Microsoft Licensing:

Shipping for thin client devices, accessories, and monitors will be calculated based on the most cost effective carrier at the time of your order. RETURN POLICY

MOST SUPPLIERS DO NOT ALLOW PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED. Some suppliers handle returns, repairs and replacements only directly with the customer.
